Nourished Soul Sanctum has crafted this beautiful weekend retreat for everyone, come and enjoy an weekend of Yoga with like minded souls. Its a great weekend to bring your partner, a friend or family member and lets get practicing together. This is one of only two retreats at the Monastery in 2025, so don't miss out. 

Megan will be leading the sessions, come and learn some new skills to stress less, laugh and have a break in a beautiful quiet space in the bush away from it all.

Sarah will be nurturing you all weekend with the best of the best food :) You will come away inspired, energised and feeling like you can take on the world with wisdom and grace.

We have the absolute pleasure of adding to our weekend the beautiful and wise Karen Jenkins, who will be offering massage on Friday (10am & 2 - 5pm) and Saturday (10am & 2pm - 5pm) afternoons. One hour massage is $100 and 1/2 hour is $60. This is not included in the price of the retreat. We'll give you appointments details once your booking is confirmed.
