This is one of Nourished Soul Sanctums (NSS) most popular retreats. It comes around each year as the days grow longer and you're on the precipice of Spring. Emerging out of the dark and cold of winter and its time to celebrate and ready for the warmer months. Megan has been holding this retreat since 2010 making it the longest standing event of Megan Jones Yoga (MJY) and NSS.  This retreat focuses on practice, with a deep dive into asana, pranayama, meditation and Yoga Nidra. Everyone is welcome and we highly recommend it as a retreat that supports relationships, so great to bring your spouse and/or adult children.

Megan Jones is your yoga and healing guide, holding all the yoga sessions. Sarah will keep you nourished, with her unique and delicious culinary creations. Karen Jenkins is available for massage, which is not included in the retreat price. Once you have paid in full you can book in for massage, which is incentive to get in early. We do have a gorgeous back up massage therapist who also has beautician skills, so you won't miss out. 

• This is a 3 night retreat, with a 2 night option opening up a month out from the actual start date, once the starting price is finished.
